BJ Novak será Alistair Smythe en The Amazing Spider-Man 2

El pasado octubre, la website de «The Amazing Spider-Man 2», The Daily Bugle, publicó un artículo sobre cómo el jefe de ingeniería de Oscorp, Spencer Smythe, llevaba a cabo «importantes avances en robótica». Smythe es un villano del universo de Spider-Man, que inventó los letales robots Spider-Slayer para capturar o matar al superhéroe.

Ahora, el director Marc Webb ha revelado que BJ Novak (Inglourious Basterds, «The Office») dará vida a Alistair Smythe, el hijo de Spencer, en la secuela. Aunque Alistair al final se convierte en un villano en los comics, no se sabe qué alcance tendrá en la película.

«The Amazing Spider-Man 2» se estrenará el 2 de mayo.
